We are available to attend and participate in your management team meetings and/or your board of director meetings. We can participate actively or as passive observers in those meetings, as you choose. Following each meeting we will provide you with oral and written feedback and advice.

COOPERATION
While providing you cost effective legal services on a day-to-day basis, we can complement the services of law firm outside counsel. We realize that there are times when the specialized expertise of a law firm is needed. We’ll even recommend when you need the expertise of a law firm specialist. (In that regard, we are similar to your family doctor, when he tells you that you have a heart problem and need the expertise of a cardiologist.) And, as former in-house counsel we are accustomed to consulting with outside counsel in a law firm when a specialized need arises and working cooperatively and efficiently with them.
